Damaged Merchandise

If your order arrives damaged, please retain the shipping box, all packaging materials, and all contents. Contact us immediately for assistance.

Restocking Fee Policy
In rare circumstances, and at the sole discretion of Golden Greaux Management, a refund or cancellation may be approved. In such cases, a 50% restocking fee will be applied to the total order amount.
