Order & Production Procedures
Order Processing Time
Our standard processing time to prepare your order for shipment is 1–3 business days.
If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, processing will begin on the next available business day.
Production Schedule
Our production schedule runs Monday through Thursday.
Orders are processed and fulfilled in the order they are received to ensure fairness and consistency.
All products undergo a strict Quality Control (QC) process before shipment.
Shipping Procedures
We primarily use USPS Ground Mail to ship your products.

Shipping Cost: Shipping costs are calculated based on total package weight. Orders totaling $75 or more qualify for free shipping.

Partial Shipments: Products ship immediately after clearing Quality Control. Orders are not held for complete shipment.
Due to the natural, plant-based, vegan, and cruelty-free nature of our ingredients—and because we do not store items in cold, damp warehouses—you may receive your order in multiple shipments over several days.
Tracking & Notifications

Email Tracking Notifications:
Once your package has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. It is the customer’s responsibility to review this email and track your shipment.
Please check your spam or junk folder, as automated notifications may occasionally be filtered there. -
Pre-Shipment Notifications:
If you receive a “pre-shipment” notification, this means your product has successfully passed Quality Control and is next in line for carrier pickup.
Tracking updates may take a few days to reflect movement. Please continue monitoring your tracking number until the carrier updates its status.

Golden Greaux is not responsible for carrier delays, misdelivery due to incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control once an order has been dispatched.
